Terms of service

The terms on which Mentis Grove Seasonal Finance provides seasonal-income financial planning consultations and guidance.

These terms govern the consultations and guidance that Mentis Grove Seasonal Finance Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Mentis Grove Seasonal Finance จำกัด) provides. By requesting or using any engagement, you accept these terms.

The provider

What we provide

We provide financial planning consultations and financial management guidance focused on seasonal-income planning, as described on the consultations page. Engagements are delivered per engagement, not as an ongoing subscription.

What we do not provide

No investment products are sold, no client funds are brokered or custodied, and no commission is taken from any third party for a recommendation. We do not perform regulated activities that require a licence we do not hold. Where a plan step needs a licensed provider — managing investments, filing tax, underwriting insurance — we name the kind of provider and leave that work to them. We do not guarantee any financial outcome.

Fees and payment

Each engagement is priced per engagement and quoted after the scoping call. The quoted fee is the fee you pay; we do not add charges we did not tell you about. Payment terms are confirmed when the engagement is booked. Refunds are handled under our refund policy.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us accurate information about your income cycle and finances. A plan is only as sound as the information it is built on. You remain responsible for the decisions you make on the basis of our guidance; we advise, you decide.

Cancellation and rescheduling

A booked session may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge with at least a day’s notice. Inside that window, see the refund policy for the conditions that apply.

Intellectual property

The written plan and any materials we deliver are provided for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially reuse them. The site content is © Mentis Grove Seasonal Finance Co., Ltd.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any engagement is limited to the fee paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by decisions you make on the basis of our guidance.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute is brought before the courts of Phuket, Thailand, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms by publishing a new version on this page. The version in force for an engagement is the one published when that engagement is booked.
