Seasonal income does not fit a fixed monthly budget, so our engagements are not fixed monthly retainers. Each consultation is shaped to a point in your cycle and priced per engagement after a short scoping call. Nothing here is a subscription.
01 · Cash-Flow Mapping Session
A single working session that lays your twelve-month income against your twelve-month costs and names the gap months. Best for households that have never written the cycle down.
- One 90-minute session, in person in Thalang or by video call.
- A one-page cash-flow map of your year, delivered after the session.
- The reserve number — how many months you must hold for the off-season.
- Fee: quoted after the scoping call, per engagement.
02 · Annual Cycle Plan
The full engagement for a household or small operator that wants the plan, not just the map. We work the whole cycle and set the decisions for the year ahead.
- Cash-flow mapping session, plus two follow-up working sessions.
- A written annual plan: reserve target, peak-month allocation, tax timing, and the review date.
- One seasonal review against the next cycle.
- Fee: quoted after the scoping call, per engagement.
03 · Off-Season Reserve Review
A focused check for households that already have a plan but want the reserve and the lean months re-checked against a changed season.
- Review of your current reserve and the months it must cover.
- A short written note with the revised reserve target and any allocation change.
- Fee: quoted after the scoping call, per engagement.
What these are not
Nothing here is an investment product, no client funds are held in custody by us, and no commission is charged on anything we recommend. The engagements are planning and guidance only. Where a step requires regulation or a licensed provider, we say so plainly and point you to one — we do not perform it ourselves.
How to start
Every engagement begins with a short, no-fee scoping call so we can judge whether your cycle suits this work. Book the scoping call, or read how an engagement runs first.
