This policy explains when a fee for a consultation with Mentis Grove Seasonal Finance Co., Ltd. (บริษัท Mentis Grove Seasonal Finance จำกัด) is refundable, and how to request a refund. It is part of our terms of service.
Eligibility
- A scoping call is free of charge, so no refund applies.
- A booked session cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time is refunded in full.
- A booked session cancelled inside the 24-hour window, or missed without notice, is not refundable, because the time is held for you and cannot be rebooked.
- A full annual engagement cancelled before the cycle mapping session has been delivered is refunded in full, minus any work already completed and delivered. Once the written plan has been delivered, the engagement is considered complete and is not refundable.
Timeframe
Refund requests are accepted within 30 days of the event that gives rise to the request (for example, the date of a cancelled session). We process approved refunds within 14 days of the request.
Refund method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. If that is not possible, we arrange an equivalent transfer to a bank account you nominate.
Non-refundable items
- A session missed without notice, or cancelled inside the 24-hour window.
- Work already started and delivered — for example, a cash-flow map produced and sent — when an engagement is cancelled partway through.
- Any third-party cost we have already paid on your behalf at your request (such as a document we ordered to support the plan), passed through at cost.

We will confirm receipt within two working days and respond with a decision within seven working days.
Rescheduling instead of refunding
If you would prefer to move a session rather than cancel it, you can reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before the session time. Inside that window, the session is treated as a late cancellation under the rules above.
